What is the lead time for orders?

UK Stock Orders: Standard items from our Nottingham warehouse are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.


FOB / Factory Orders: For large-scale or custom production direct from factory, the lead time is typically 3–3.5 months depending on order size and specification.

How do custom/branded orders work?

We offer custom printing and branded packaging options. Simply share your logo or design requirements with our team, and we’ll provide a quote along with artwork proofing and lead times (typically 3–3.5 months FOB).

What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

For wholesale partners, we typically supply in carton or pallet quantities depending on the product. Custom FOB orders have higher MOQs, which will be confirmed at quotation stage.
